"Villa Mon Rêve" (the name is inscribed on the facade above the door) is an Art Deco town house of 1928, designed by the Ostend architect Leopold Corneau and built by the contractor W. Wybo. A single-fronted house of two bays and two storeys under a gabled roof, it has a glazed brick facade, a wide window projection with a three-sided oriel and a rendered pediment. The joinery is preserved. It belongs to an ensemble of interwar houses on the Graaf de Smet de Naeyerlaan, protected as a monument in 2005.
