Partly detached corner house in a toned-down Art Deco, set in a garden, designed in 1932 by R. Segers, whose name appears on a gate pier. This two-storey double house under a broken hipped roof combines brick, a rendered upper floor, a frieze of coloured ceramic tiles and geometric patterns in stone or imitation stone; the door bay stands out with a deeply projecting canopy topped by a vertical triple window. The garden is enclosed by a geometric iron railing between openwork cubic piers. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
