Two-bay, two-storey house under a mansard roof with an oeil-de-boeuf, in an Art Deco style with a strong neo-Louis XVI flavour, built in 1929 to a design by the architect Florent Staes. The cement-rendered facade with imitation joints combines a narrow door bay, whose window is topped by a triangular pediment on triglyph brackets, with a wide bay taken up by a curved oriel with fluted pilasters and garlanded aprons. The dormer with its curved cornice has an elegant wrought-iron balcony railing; the ground floor has been entirely altered.
