Art Deco block of flats with a ground-floor workshop and office, signed in 1938 by the architect A. Cornelis and built in place of the front part of an 1880s workshop, whose rear section survives. The yellow brick and bluestone façade is dominated by a broad trapezoidal oriel with ribbon windows, divided by an axial stone pilaster. The entrance bay keeps its transom light and continuous glazed strip filled with geometric stained glass. The building is recorded in the statutory inventory; it is not protected as a monument.
