An Art Deco apartment building designed in 1928 by the architect Maurice De Maet for J. Louckx, a specialist in mirrors and glazing; the date “1930” appears above the door. The four-storey façade in orange brick, set off with white artificial stone and bluestone, has three unequal projecting bays, with windows with canted upper corners on the top floor and wrought-iron balconettes on the central axis. The glazing bars incorporating stained glass survive, except for the carriage door. The building is recorded in the legal inventory.
