Art Deco town house designed in 1933 by the local architect J.F. René Bossaerts for A. De Loecker. Of two unequal bays and three storeys under a slate mansard, it combines a brick facing on a blue-stone plinth with white stone for the window frames and some decorative panels. The wide bay is crowned by a mitre-shaped gable filled with a panel of ribbed white stone, typical of Art Deco according to the inventory, and its two-storey three-sided bay window carries an Art Deco wrought-iron balcony. The front door retains its joinery, ironwork and stained-glass fanlight; the wrought-iron front-garden railing has Art Deco motifs. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
