Art Deco town house, built in 1933 and recorded in the inventory. The three-storey elevation, in 'sanded yellow' brick, is underlined at each level by bands of white imitation stone and enhanced with bluestone. The ground floor combines the carriage entrance of a storeroom, an office window and the front door. On the first floor, a rectangular oriel with an overhanging flat roof and two mullions frames a panel of geometric ceramic decoration, topped by a transom light also with two mullions. The flat cornice and the doors with glazing bars are preserved.
