Art Deco rental building and warehouse, designed in 1928 for the furniture maker H. Michiels and recorded in the inventory. Both five-storey buildings have a rendered façade enhanced with white stone, now painted. At no. 15, the asymmetrical elevation has a trapezoidal canopy, window breasts with geometric decoration, a two-storey trapezoidal oriel punctuated by pilasters and, on the top two levels, a recessed bay under a crenellated frieze. At no. 17, the imposing flat-roofed building has mitre-arched openings on the ground floor and, on the upper floors, a central two-bay bow window between grooved giant pilasters, the outermost with geometric capitals. Inside, large open floors originally rested on portal frames with central pillars.
