Art Deco workshop with dwelling designed in 1928 for the bar-turning firm Stockmans et Cie and built by the contractors P. Devlieger and M. Bonabot. The four-bay façade, in orange brick dressed with white imitation stone and bluestone, sets its bays back within polygonal-arched arcades. The bar-turning workshop occupied the last two bays and the rear of the plot, lit by roof lanterns, with a dwelling on the upper floor. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage, without legal protection.
