Art Deco town house built following a 1937 building permit application by the architect F. Forton, for J. Stassart, in Heverlee. It belongs to a row of five houses in a modern style (nos. 21 to 29) that contrasts with the regionalist villas of the avenue. The façade combines flat brown-yellow brick with broad bands of grey imitation stone that give it a horizontal effect, with a three-sided oriel topped by a balcony with a wrought-iron balustrade in a geometric pattern. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
