Art Deco town house built in Heverlee to a 1932 design by architect Marcel Claes for the client Delmot. The flat red brick façade, articulated by white stone string courses, plays on recessed and projecting parts: a recessed entrance on the ground floor and a loggia with wrought-iron railings on the first floor. The openings on the ground floor and top storey have cut-off upper corners, typical of Art Deco, and the original joinery has survived. Inside, Claes adapted the plan to a fan-shaped plot, around a stairwell that serves every room.
