An Art Deco town house in Heverlee, part of an ensemble of six single-family houses (nos. 1 to 11) designed in 1933 by the architect Raymond Vankeerberghen for Messrs Goemans and Stroobants. The row combines Art Deco and modernist influences, each facade being distinguished by its own treatment. At no. 7, the narrow brown-red brick facing with recessed Dudok joints is dominated by a full-width artificial-stone oriel on the bel-etage, continued as a balcony in front of the wide triple window on the upper floor, with a triangular recess and a wrought-iron balustrade.
