Art Deco town house designed in 1926 by the architect Hendrik Delvaux for Norbert David Rosenfeld; converted into offices, it is now part of the Bank Delen complex. Terraced, with a natural-stone cornice façade, it has three storeys and four bays under a slate pseudo-mansard; the sober composition sets a low plinth storey against more prominent upper floors, crowned by a dormer set in a blind attic. The upper floors form as a whole an angled bow window with tiers of round-arched windows, and the flat facing has only panels or coffers on the breastworks. The Art Deco character is more pronounced in the wrought-iron door and the relocated front-garden railing, with flower and spiral motifs, and a wrought-iron lantern lights the entrance; the underground garage is a later addition and the joinery has been renewed. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
