Art Deco town house, signed on the plinth by the Charleroi architect Marcel Depelsenaire, 1934. The three-storey façade, in red brick crossed by wide rendered bands on a bluestone plinth, has unaligned openings. Above the wrought-iron door, a curved projecting bay is topped by a terrace with a tubular railing and by a finial that once carried a sculpted bird. The window frames are original, some with stained glass. The ground floor housed an office, a reception room, a staff office and a storeroom, with the living quarters on the upper floors. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
