Art Deco house of two unequal bays, dated 1923. The red 'Boom Paepesteen' brick facade is articulated by bands of upright bricks between courses of yellow brick, above a low base of blue-stone rubble. A large projecting panel of chequered brickwork separates the two openings of the main bay, and a diamond-shaped panel decorates the breast of the upper-floor window. The joinery, cornice and dormer are modern; the house is recorded in the inventory.
