Four-storey Art Deco building dated 1929. The brick façade is enhanced with render marking the lintels and mullions of the windows. On the second level, a trapezoidal bow window, whose apron bears a panel carved with floral motifs, is flanked by wall sections with multiple vertical steps. The third level has a triplet of windows, the side ones with slanted lintels, and the top level four small trapezoidal windows between two grooved pilasters on corbels. The building, which retains its original joinery, is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
