Asymmetrical Art Deco house built in 1929 by the architect A. Bomert. In the red-brick elevation with white stone dressings, the main bay is fronted on the first floor by a trapezoidal bow window on a corbel, topped by a transom light. The ground floor has two round-arched doors, one for a garage, the other a grilled pedestrian door with a deep reveal. The spandrels and the entablature frieze display patterns of upright, herringbone or chequered brickwork, beneath a wooden cornice; the original frames retain their small-paned transoms. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
