Immeuble à appartements, rue Félix Delhasse 2-4

An Art Deco corner building on the corner of rue de la Glacière, designed in 1925 and signed "Marcel Simon Ing. Arch. Trazegnies". Its five-storey elevation in white imitation stone and red brick is enlivened by broad oriels carried on small bays and fluted pilasters, and by a segmental oriel over the corner bay. Blue-green glazed ceramic tiles provide delicate polychromy; the original small-paned window frames and the openwork wrought-iron door depicting baskets survive.
