An Art Deco apartment building on the corner of avenue Jef Lambeaux, signed "R. Snakenbroek / arch 1927". Its four-storey brick facade, with polygonal window surrounds, is enlivened by triangular oriels with stepped tops; on the corner two adjoining oriels merge into a kind of polygonal turret, and polygonal pinnacles frame the flat roof. Inside, the original open-shaft Atlas lift serves one flat per floor.
