Apartment building showing Art Deco influence, signed and dated 1929, built by the architect Armand Delalieux for himself: he had his offices on the ground floor and his home on the first floor. The white-stone corner elevation has six storeys under a mansard roof; its windows, with lintels decorated with geometric channels and jambs with small successive recesses, are linked by continuous string courses beneath a broadly projecting stone cornice. The window frames with glazing bars in the transoms are original, as is the Schindler lift serving the rental flats.
