House built in the Art Deco style following a building permit application of 1929. Its Boom brick façade has two bays and three diminishing storeys separated by imitation-stone string courses, under a gabled roof. The recessed windows have polygonal arches on the first and third levels and are rectangular on the second, with arches and lintels in imitation stone. On the main floor, a trapezoidal bow window carries a balcony whose wrought-iron railing forms a vase motif; the spandrels are adorned with a rose carved in white Euville stone. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
