Art Deco terraced house over a cellar, of two storeys and two bays under a pitched roof with its surviving dormer, built under a building application of 1934 to designs by the Ghent architect Georges Fontaine for Maurice Van Wezemael; it forms an ensemble with the neighbouring house, no. 29, by the same architect. The façade combines a range of materials: yellow brick, imitation stone for the window mullions, and black glazed tiles for the plinth, sills and door surround. It has a wide window bay on the left and a narrow door bay on the right, with rectangular openings whose wooden joinery, geometric leaded glass and wooden door with small glazing bars survive. The front garden, enclosed by a tubular iron railing between brick piers, is largely preserved. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
