Terraced Art Deco house of two storeys and two bays, built according to a 1933 building application to designs by the Ghent architect Georges Fontaine for Hubert Verhoustraete; it forms an ensemble with the neighbouring house (no. 31) by the same architect. The red-brick façade, with white-painted rendered surrounds on a bluestone base, has a wide window bay accentuated by a three-sided oriel-like projection and a narrow door bay. The wooden joinery, the leaded glass in a geometric pattern and the door with its wrought-iron grille survive. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
