Maison Art déco, Pieter Baesstraat 11 — Izegem

Art Deco town house with one door bay and one window bay, designed in 1935 by Gentiel Van Eeckhoutte (Waregem). The flat yellow brick façade bears horizontal accents of black glazed brick and tiles and a vertical semicircular pilaster of green glazed brick. The geometric composition plays on projecting and recessed planes with mostly rounded corners, with window registers and a recessed porch. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
