Maison Art déco, Paardenkerkhofstraat 193 — Malines

Single-fronted house of two bays and two storeys under a pseudo-mansard roof covered with artificial slate, in the Art Deco style, dating from 1931 according to a file in the Mechelen city archives. The brick cornice façade is marked by a high bluestone base, broad rendered bands and a raised window bay with a three-sided bay window and a balcony with a typical railing. The rectangular openings have stained glass in the fanlights. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
