Commercial building with an Art Deco façade of four storeys and four bays under a flat roof, for which a building permit application was submitted in 1928 (the file is missing). The upper floors have a fully symmetrical composition, articulated vertically by three full-height pilaster strips in red brick, decorated at the top with ornamental brickwork. Concrete (artificial stone) elements contrast with the brick for the window sills, the parapets with prismatic profiles and similar friezes. The rectangular windows have renewed frames based on the historical pattern, and the ground floor has been altered. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
