Town house of around 1935, set back from the building line, close to Art Deco and Nieuwe Zakelijkheid; the architect's name, hard to read on the plans filed in 1935, is probably that of J. Ottelohé. Of three bays and two storeys over a basement with a garage, under a flat roof, it has a cornice façade of white glazed brick alternating with rendered surfaces. The characteristic composition plays on stepped volumes, rounded forms (terraces, bay windows, canopies, columns), horizontal bands and a monumental flight of steps; the joinery has been replaced in aluminium. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
