Maison Art déco, Minister Liebaertlaan 21 — Courtrai

Art Deco house with one door bay and one window bay, designed in 1932 by Werner Van Spranghe (Kortrijk), with three storeys over a basement under a flat roof. The yellow-brick façade is enlivened by panels laid in a decorative bond of large yellow bricks; the narrow door bay is marked by a tall window with coloured glass in geometric patterns. The façade ends in a projecting concrete cornice with a tubular profile; the joinery was replaced in 2002. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
