Art Deco house with one door bay and one window bay, designed in 1929 by Juliaan J. Vandenbulcke. It is distinguished by a ground-floor oriel on a corbelled base and by a glazed double door fitted with Art Deco grilles, beneath a pentagonal fanlight.
