Maison Art déco, Kuurnsesteenweg 52 — Courtrai

An Art Deco house of 1934, designed by Werner Van Spranghe of Kortrijk, with varied materials and colours: red and yellow brick and black façade tiles. The bow window also contains an underground garage, and a bay window continues into a rounded balcony. The entrance is emphasised by steps lined with tubular handrails, now in aluminium, and a flower box; beside the glazed iron door, a window has geometric leaded glass. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
