Shop-house with an older core, given an Art Deco façade and shopfront in 1930 to a design by the architect G. Decordier. The cornice façade has two bays and three storeys under a gabled roof. The shopfront has bevelled corners with a stepped motif, a marble plinth and a recessed, mitre-shaped central door in a surround of coloured stained glass. The rendered upper floors open with two window recesses with typical bevelled corners, with geometric decoration and floral motifs on the parapets and beneath the projecting timber cornice on modillions. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory and lies within the protected townscape of Oudenaarde's town centre (1981).
