Corner building in the Art Deco style, known as 'Café du Boulevard' or 'Chez Hector Meulenyzer-Debo' after the façade stones, built to a 1928 plan by the architect A. Van Laethem. Built of brick on a bluestone base, it has an emphasised three-sided corner containing the café entrance, with wide, almost square windows; the upper windows are set in rectangular niches. The four-bay side façade has a second entrance door and, in the right-hand bay, two upper storeys between taller pilasters; the Coupl'Voie façade has a house-name panel and an identical taller bay, followed by a blind wall and a segmental-arched gateway. The building survives recognisably, although the brick facing has been painted and the joinery renewed. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
