Town house in the Art Deco style built in 1932 by the contractor (Petrus Carolus) Charles De Brauwer of Zele for the client Gaston Oste. Of three bays under a flat roof, it has a colourful facing of yellow and red brick in decorative bond, alternating with ashlar for the plinth, sills, keystones and quoins. The stepped façade is accentuated by projecting pilaster strips, an overhanging cornice on brackets and two bay-window-like upper windows in the side projections; the rectangular and chamfered openings are set within stepped brick surrounds. The original joinery with a bead motif and the divided transom with textured glass on the ground floor survive; a carriage entrance occupies the left-hand bay. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
