Art Deco town house built in 1930 in Merksem for the police officer Camiel Corneel Coppelaere-De Clerck. The two-bay, three-storey cornice façade in red brick on a bluestone plinth stands out for its rich white-painted banding, a full-width three-sided bay window and a large round-arched window on the top floor. The original joinery, including the roller shutter, is exceptionally well preserved. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
