Art Deco bel-étage house of three storeys under a flat roof, designed in 1939 by the architect Richard Hubert; the plinth bears the enigmatic inscription "U18". The partly rendered, partly yellow-brick façade has on the ground floor a garage door and a front door separated by a small window. The upper floor is enlivened by a rendered bow window on a segmental plan, pierced by three windows and punctuated by two moulded pilasters, with a spandrel decorated with triangles beneath the central window. On the top floor, two windows in a shared surround are separated by a pier of stepped brickwork. The house is recorded in the inventory.
