A house built around 1900 whose Art Deco façade results from its thorough remodelling by the architect André Mineur in 1935. The three-storey elevation under a mansard roof, faced in white stone, is enlivened by a trapezoidal oriel carrying a balcony with a brick parapet on the top floor. A window above the door, set with coloured stained glass, is protected by blue-stone bars; the joinery, the wrought-iron door and the front railing date from 1935, as does the basement garage. The house is recorded in the architectural heritage inventory.
