Art Deco apartment building designed in 1935 by the architect Devignée. The brick façade is punctuated by broad bands of painted concrete at the window aprons, above a limestone ground floor. A rounded oriel window spans four levels, and a sixth floor is set back beneath a flat roof; the wrought-iron railings are Art Deco in style.
