This Art Deco-inspired apartment building was built to plans of 1924 by the architect M. Van Eycken. Its sober five-storey façade of brick, white stone and imitation stone under a mansard roof is framed by two columns of trapezoidal oriels topped by a balcony. The lower floors line up paired round-arched windows between piers decorated with vertical and dentilled brick friezes. The central entrance opens between shops and garage doors.
