Two similar Art Deco houses designed for the same owner: no. 84 in 1928 by the architect Eugène Pirson, no. 82 in 1929 by the architect François De Bondt, who reused the boundary wall and carriage entrance of the first. The mirrored elevations, two storeys under a mansard roof, combine red brick, white imitation stone, white stone and bluestone, with a small triangular balcony with a stepped parapet, a trapezoidal bay with a spandrel of relief ceramic tiles, and bas-reliefs with geometric, fruit and flower motifs. At no. 84, a small canted entrance porch pierced by a grilled oval oculus shelters a wrought-iron gate bearing the initials “B” and “P”.
