Art Deco multi-family house designed in 1932 by the young architect Willy Fisher for Georges De Beuckelaer, in Deurne. The red-brick façade with cornice, combined with imitation-stone sections on a bluestone plinth, is dominated by a rounded bay window over two storeys and a mitre-shaped gable with overlapping decorative panels. The Art Deco influence shows mainly in the details: the balcony ironwork, the geometric grille of the door and the front-garden railing. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
