The former business premises and home of the contractor Jean Vincent, a specialist in rendering work, built in 1929 in the Art Deco style. The symmetrical three-storey façade, in imitation stone enhanced with blue stone and brick, is framed by two trapezoidal oriels, while the central bay combines a door with a mitred arch and small bay windows on pointed corbels. The original joinery and wrought ironwork survive; the ground floor originally housed offices and a passage to the workshop at the back of the plot. The building is recorded in the architectural heritage inventory.
