Art Deco apartment building with a commercial ground floor, built in 1936 by and for the contractor François Leroy, who built the two adjoining buildings the same year on his own account. The six-storey, three-bay elevation beneath a flat roof is punctuated by wide bands and brick elements. The ground floor, entirely clad in black glazed ceramic tiles, has a central entrance with a glazed wrought-iron door flanked by two shopfronts. On the upper floors, the central bay is treated as a triangular-plan oriel alternating bow windows and loggias. The building is recorded in the inventory.
