Art Deco apartment building, built in 1924 and recorded in the inventory, forming the acute corner between avenue des Gloires Nationales and avenue de Jette. The five-storey elevation, faced with red brick above a base of multicoloured rubble, is enhanced with elements of white stone (or imitation stone) and bluestone. It is enlivened by four oriels with shaped plans: three from the first to the third floor, topped by terraces with wrought-iron railings, and one on the rounded corner, rising through all the floors under a bell-shaped gable. A pseudo-mansard under a flat roof was added later; the ironwork and cornice are original. Originally there was one large apartment per floor.
