Art Deco apartment building erected to plans by the architect J. B. Tilman following a 1927 building permit application. It has six storeys plus an attic storey and five bays under a gabled roof; the second and fourth bays have wide bow windows on the upper floors, each crowned by a balcony and an arched cornice. The imitation-stone and orange-brick façade opens on the ground floor through a central double door between rectangular and basket-arched windows. Stone balconies with balustrades mark the second storey of the third bay and the sixth storey of the fifth bay, and the French windows of the attic storey are fronted by rectangular balconies with balustrades. The building is recorded in the inventory.
