Art Deco apartment building designed by the architect J. Ramaekers in 1938. Its seven-storey elevation, faced with small yellow bricks, has a projecting ground floor topped by two terraces and a wide oriel running up the upper floors, with band windows. The round-arched door, under a canopy, opens within a stepped reveal clad in polychrome glazed stoneware; the door and tubular railings are original. The building, with two flats per floor, is fronted by a small garden with an original layout, with an off-centre path and low walls covered in glazed stoneware. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
