An Art Deco apartment building with a workshop on the ground floor, designed in 1931 by the architect A. Lefort for a member of his family, and signed and dated by him on the plinth. The rendered façade in white artificial stone, set off with bluestone and stepped red-brick pilasters, has four bays: the projecting entrance bay and three symmetrical bays around the carriage entrance, the outer ones marked by trapezoidal balconies with wrought-iron railings. The metal entrance door and the grilles are decorated with triangles and volutes. The building is recorded in the legal inventory.
