Built in 1938, this house is presented by the inventory record as representative of interwar architecture and of a Belgian modernism with a touch of Art Deco. Its massing is based on curved forms, under a flat roof underlined by a projecting Streamline (paquebot) cornice, with horizontal colonnaded windows. Its decoration lies in panels and planters covered with ceramic tiles in characteristic colours. It is recorded in the Walloon heritage inventory.
