Maison Art déco, Gefusilleerdenlaan 5 — Ronse

Art Deco house signed and dated 'A. Massez architecte 1933'. Built of brick with rendered bands on a bluestone plinth, it has two storeys under a mansard roof. Its façade and plan are classical: a narrow door bay on the right, with a corridor and kitchen behind, and a wide bay on the left whose bay-like windows and balcony light the living rooms and bedrooms. The door has leaded-glass side and top lights and wrought iron in its glazing. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
