Art Deco classroom wing with a festival hall, built in 1928-1929 for the Brothers of the Christian Schools to a 1927 design by Brussels architect Jo De Bouver, his only known work in Antwerp; facing Dahliastraat, it is part of the former Sint-Henricusgesticht complex. On a reinforced-concrete frame, the symmetrical six-bay façade, in red brick with white natural stone, artificial stone and bluestone, is framed by two taller corner projections bearing the coats of arms of the Brothers and of Saint Henry. The central bays are articulated by colossal pilasters with carved cartouches depicting Science, Trade and the Arts, and bear the inscription "ST.-HENRICUS INSTITUUT ANNO 1929"; the high mansard roof houses the vaulted festival hall with its stage. The primary school still occupies the building, which is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
