Art Deco town house resulting from the conversion, designed and carried out in 1933 by the contractor Frans Verhoeven for L. Verniers, of a late-19th-century terraced house, which was completely remodelled inside, raised by one storey, extended at the rear and given a new front. The three-bay, five-storey façade with cornice, in red brick and imitation stone on a bluestone plinth, is governed by a bow window rising between giant pilasters, resting on a bell-shaped console and crowned by a wrought-iron balustrade with a naturalistic floral frieze. The varnished wooden garage door and front door with grille survive. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
